Voltzs provides online automotive electrical and diagnostic training: structured lessons, interactive simulations, assessments and progress tracking. The programme is released continuously, so the number of available modules grows over time.

You need an account to save progress. Keep your login details to yourself — accounts are for one person and may not be shared across a workshop. Team access is available on request through the contact page.

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
• Monthly plan: £20 per month, charged when the trial ends and monthly after that.
• Yearly plan: £216 per year — a 10% saving on the monthly price — charged when the trial ends and yearly after that.
• Prices include VAT where applicable. If our prices change, existing subscribers are told at least 30 days before the change applies to them.
• Cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge, plus your statutory rights. The detail is set out in the refund policy.

• Do not copy, resell, republish or record course content for distribution.
• Do not share your account credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not misuse the platform in a way that disrupts it for other learners.

Serious or repeated breaches may end your access without refund of the current period.

Automotive electrical work carries real risk, including from high-voltage systems on hybrid and electric vehicles. Our content is educational. It does not replace manufacturer procedures, a recognised high-voltage qualification, or your own judgement. You are responsible for working safely and lawfully, and for any work you carry out on a vehicle.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or reorganise content and features; where a change materially reduces what you subscribed for, we will tell you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
