Ignition Coils

Ignition Coils is Lesson 6 of Voltzs Module 17, Petrol Engine Management. This automotive diagnostic lesson explains Coil-on-plug, power/ground/trigger, dwell and primary current. It is designed to show technicians, apprentices, auto electricians and serious DIY learners not only what the system does, but how to reason through it: what to inspect first, which tool or measurement is appropriate, where a test should be made when safe, what the result can prove, what it cannot prove, and what the next diagnostic step should be. By the end, the learner should be able to Diagnose coil circuits and avoid unsafe probing.
